From a pile of photos to an organized sale
The listings get written.
Upload your photos. ClearList identifies the items and recommends a price for each one. It also writes titles and descriptions and estimates details such as dimensions and condition. You can review and change anything, or delegate listing preparation and publishing to your connected AI assistant.
Prices come with reasoning.
ClearList estimates what each item is worth and suggests a price range. The recommendation comes with its reasoning, so you or your assistant can decide how to price the item.
Your whole sale gets one link.
Everything appears together on a sale page. Buyers can browse and select multiple items. Share the link with friends, neighborhood groups, or the communities you already use to find buyers. You can also print a flyer with a QR code.
Buyers reserve instead of asking you to hold things.
Each item has a first-come queue. ClearList keeps track of who’s first and who’s waiting. When a reservation is canceled or expires, the next person gets their turn. Sellers can also move past a no-show without searching old messages.
Pickup times get booked.
Set when you’re available, and buyers choose a time. They can reschedule or cancel through their reservation link. Calendar integration and reminders help keep the day organized.
Your address stays with you until you share it.
A reservation doesn’t automatically reveal your home address. You decide when to share it with the buyer.
It’s like putting your garage sale on one link, with the reservation list and pickup appointments already built in.
Give your AI assistant a job
ClearList can connect to assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT, so you can delegate your sale from the conversation you already have open.

The connection lets the assistant work with your actual sale: pricing items through ClearList, creating and publishing listings, checking reservations, and responding to buyers. Tell it how you want things handled and which decisions to bring back to you.
Tasks that run while you’re away depend on the assistant and how it’s set up. Sharing your home address still requires your approval.

Built by someone who kept putting off the same job
Amer Arab built ClearList while emptying an Austin apartment before a move.
He knew the pattern: put off selling, run out of time, and lower prices just to get everything out.
“My ADHD brain sees that list and forces me to literally do anything else. Absolutely anything else.”
The problem, for Amer, was everything hidden inside “sell this chair.” He wanted an easier place to start and less work waiting on the other side.
“So I made the unit of work one photo.”
ClearList grew from that experience into a tool for preparing listings, organizing buyers, and coordinating pickups. Amer lives in Austin and is a former product manager.
ClearList launched in May 2026. As of September 22, 2026, Amer reports that it has reached 100 users across the United States.
